What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision-makers to close new sales
- Schedule appointments and visit potential referral sources, including financial advisors
- Utilize various prospecting methods to seek new clients and referral sources
- Analyze prospects’ needs and determine appropriate products to recommend
- Expedite resolution of client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience at the employer and successful completion of required training programs
- 2 years of experience in sales or sales management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel outside geographical territory for conferences and training sessions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in retirement plan sales or related financial services
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Participation in relevant training or certifications beyond initial requirements
- Strong networking skills within the financial advisor community
