Job summary

CFS in Uniontown, OH is seeking a Business Development / Account Manager to join our Northeast Ohio team. You will build relationships with local business leaders, manage the full sales cycle, and partner with clients to provide staffing solutions that meet hiring challenges.

Work with accounting, finance, and HR leaders to drive talent solutions, while leveraging ESOP ownership, a competitive base salary, and uncapped commissions to reward your success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident engaging with decision-makers and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business leaders and become a trusted partner.
• Develop new client accounts through networking, referrals, outreach, and prospecting.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversations through ongoing account management.
• Conduct client meetings by phone, video, and in person.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring challenges and provide staffing solutions.
• Strengthen existing relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
