Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience; prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets and learn Rentokil programs, pricing, and services.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain daily sales activities using the company CRM.
