Job summary

Matson, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to act as the primary liaison to import/export client sales accounts. You will target, solicit, negotiate, and maintain business aligned with departmental goals, reporting regularly on activity and market trends.

This role requires travel across Micronesia and the Pacific region to expand client relationships and revenue. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of sales experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong communication and CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales processes.
• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target westbound and eastbound accounts aligned with goals.
• Solicit and secure new business at optimal revenue.
• Maintain accounts through relationship, reliability, and service.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure issue resolution.
• Generate activity reports and support leadership with insights.
• Travel regularly to Micronesia and other markets to strengthen relationships.
