Job summary

Flood Communications in Norfolk, NE is seeking an Account Executive to grow revenues across our Norfolk and Northeast listening area. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule.

You will develop client solutions across on-air and digital platforms and build lasting relationships with local decision-makers. Broadcast experience preferred; must be eligible to work in the United States and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Broadcast experience preferred.
• Proven track record of selling and increasing revenue on accounts.
• Expert knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent persuasive, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong marketing instincts.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must have Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Conduct needs analysis and engage with local decision-makers.

• Become a community leader through face-to-face meetings with clients.
