Office Type: Hybrid (Primarily in-person in SF; open to NYC for exceptional candidates)
Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 OTE + Generous Equity

Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by industry leaders in fintech, insurance, and SaaS, the company is on a high-growth trajectory and building a team that will define the future of data operations.

This is an opportunity to join a nimble, experienced founding team of industry veterans who’ve scaled products and teams at high-growth startups and large-scale enterprises alike. The company has already closed significant deals with high-profile clients and is gaining traction quickly.

What You Will Do

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's go-to-market strategy. Reporting directly to the founding team, you will:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working with both inbound and self-sourced leads.

  • Build and scale outbound strategies including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to develop 50% of your pipeline.

  • Deliver compelling, technically-informed product demonstrations to technical buyers (e.g., data teams, engineers, CTOs).

  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.

  • Establish scalable and repeatable sales processes and contribute to playbook development.

  • Close deals with ACVs ranging from $50K to $300K with clients across mid-market and enterprise.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and evangelist for the platform within the modern data stack ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate Background
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS sales experience in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong foundation in outbound prospecting, technical product demonstrations, and enterprise deal cycles.

  • Demonstrated success in early-stage startups (Seed to Series B), with a proven track record of exceeding quota.

  • Familiarity with selling to technical audiences, especially data infrastructure and analytics platforms.

  • Prior experience with average contract values above $50K.

  • Deep understanding of the sales process and comfort with CRM hygiene and structured sales frameworks.

  • Based in San Francisco or New York City with a book of business or strong industry connections.

Preferred
  • Career progression from BDR/SDR to AE roles.

  • Experience with the modern data stack (e.g., DBT Labs, Snowflake, Sigma, Databricks, Monte Carlo).

  • Ability to self-source pipeline and operate independently in a startup environment.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills that translate complex technical value into business impact.

  • Track record of selling into technical teams and having strategic conversations with C-level buyers.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 On-Target Earnings (Base + Commission)
