Salary: $230,000 – $300,000 + Equity (0.02% – 0.05%)

Join a fast-moving team of engineers, operators, scientists, and creatives from companies like Meta, Twilio, DRW, and J.P. Morgan, all dedicated to solving some of the hardest problems in machine learning infrastructure.
Become a foundational member of the sales team and one of the first SF-based Account Executives.
Report directly to the Head of Sales and collaborate closely with the company’s co-founders and senior leadership.
Drive revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation to closing—within mid-market and enterprise tech accounts.
Close deals with technical decision-makers including CTOs and Heads of AI.
Provide high-touch consultative sales support and guide clients through complex buying decisions.
Collect insights from customer interactions to influence product direction and internal GTM strategy.
Contribute to building repeatable, scalable sales processes and playbooks.
Take ownership of a sector or region as the company expands its ICP and explores new markets.
Potential to step into a leadership role within 12 months based on performance and scaling needs.
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with technical products.
Track record of success in closing new business and exceeding quota.
Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and experience with technical stakeholders.
Passion for AI/ML, developer tools, or data infrastructure.
High-energy, self-starter with a growth mindset and drive to build from the ground up.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience selling to engineering, data science, or ML teams.
Background in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales enablement tools.
Exposure to or interest in artificial intelligence and data labeling platforms.
Salary Range: $230,000 – $300,000 OTE
Equity: 0.02% – 0.05%
Full-time position; not eligible for visa sponsorship.
