Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) in New York seeks a Senior Account Executive to manage major accounts and develop new business, potentially overseeing brand teams. This role emphasizes strategic relationship-building and revenue growth with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

The candidate will partner with Merchandising, Design, and Forecasting to align trends with inventory plans, while mentoring junior staff and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of Sales or Buying experience.
• Retail buying office or vendor/wholesale industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a business plan for accounts to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Collaborates with Merchandising and Design on trends and assortment planning for brands.
• Maintains relationships with new and existing clients to foster collaboration and partnerships.
• Develops and manages new products/brands based on market trends and needs analysis; builds a viable business case.
