Job summary

Circle Logistics Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth by building new client partnerships and expanding existing accounts. You will own the full sales cycle, operate with urgency, and deliver exceptional service that keeps customers coming back.

You will hunt and close new business, manage a portfolio of key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution. A competitive, resilient mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, logistics or account management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-priority handling.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close new business while managing a portfolio of key accounts.
• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, email outreach, and research platforms (Google, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations and high-stakes issues.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with client executives.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless operational execution.
• Coach and support junior team members as needed.
• Track KPIs, monitor performance, and drive consistent results.
• Deliver the “No Fail” service standard on every load.
