Marco Experiences is a B2B platform for booking hotels for group travel and corporate retreats. Companies use Marco to find hotels, send RFPs, and compare proposals for events that need 10+ rooms. We are building the default platform for group hotel blocks and retreats.
You will own deals from the moment a customer clicks "Get Quotes" through to a signed contract or deposit, running 30 to 40 live deals at once on roughly a one-month cycle. It is a product-led, sales-assist motion: high volume, lots of touches, and heavy attention to detail.
Own deals for group trips under 100 attendees, from "Get Quotes" through shortlisting, RFP outreach, proposal comparison, negotiation, and a signed contract or deposit.
Take ownership of new and existing platform users who haven't reached their next milestone yet, and move them to a booked contract.
Run discovery and qualification calls with executive assistants, People Ops and HR leaders, office and ops managers, and team managers planning offsites, SKOs, trainings, all-hands, and retreats.
Negotiate hotel rates, concessions, upgrades, and contract terms across multiple properties, working closely with Marco's hotel partners and internal team.
Keep deal hygiene tight in HubSpot while handling a high volume of emails, calls, and active opportunities every day.
Build and run your own outbound campaigns when inbound is seasonally slower, working alongside our BDR team.
Act as the voice of the customer, turning what you hear on calls and in deals into clear, concise input for the founders and the engineering and product team.
