Harper is an AI-native commercial insurance company in San Francisco. This role is to close high-velocity SMB sales, turning warmed, qualified small-business owners into customers over phone conversations, with AI assisting the prep and follow-up.

You’ll handle 100+ calls daily, learn the playbook quickly, and expand into new lines as Harper grows its product suite. Licensing will be provided; relocation to SF may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience closing SMB deals with high velocity.
• Proven track record of closing at volume (100+ calls/day).
• Comfort using AI tools to prep, qualify, and follow up.
