Professional Sports Publications seeks an Inside Advertising Sales Representative to sell print and digital advertising to business owners and marketing executives nationwide. This is a fast-paced, B2B role focused on building relationships over the phone and online.

Starting annual compensation is $60-$65k with uncapped commissions and a competitive benefits package including employer-contributed medical insurance, an HSA, and PTO/sick time off.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and phone presence.
• Comfortable conducting business entirely over the phone and online.

Responsibilities

• Sell advertising space and marketing solutions via phone and virtual meetings.
• Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls.
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present advertising options clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Close new business and upsell existing clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system.
