What Impact You Will Have

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team on Houston, Texas. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth across North America. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the data center industry, with a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.

What You’ll Do

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets, while expanding Submer’s market share in North America.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to align sales initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture that fosters creativity, innovation, and a shared vision of sustainability within the data center industry.
  
  

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to broaden Submer’s market presence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and ensure Submer maintains a competitive edge.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or other diverse educational backgrounds.
• Proven experience in senior sales roles within the technology or data center industry.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies, products, and solutions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans to win new logos and build on follow-on revenue streams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
