SUMMARY OF POSITION

Howard Technology Solutions is a rapidly expanding technology solutions provider serving the Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Government, and Commercial markets. We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team.

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for promoting and selling technology solutions to SMB/enterprise customers within a designated territory. The role involves understanding customer business requirements, creating tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This results-oriented position requires an organized, hardworking, self-driven individual committed to meeting sales quotas.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and develop new business actively and consistently
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Conduct presentations and in-service trainings
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts
  • Plan personal work schedules, prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • Complete weekly Sales Productivity Reports
  • Update CRM system daily

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be located in the specific territory
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings
  • Extensive travel within the territory, including overnight stays

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year college degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to develop strong relationships
  • Strong desire to work in technology sales
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and general computer skills
  • Presentable, courteous, and personable
  • Sense of urgency and motivation
  • Hardworking, sincere, honest, dedicated, and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
