Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, seeks an energetic Account Executive/Home Health Coordinator to support the Greater Jacksonville area. You will develop referral relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and represent Trilogy at community events to grow census and coordinate admissions with clinical teams.

The role offers a flexible schedule with occasional evening/weekend industry events and a vibrant, award-winning team culture. Travel within the community is required.
