Deckers Brands is seeking an Account Executive for HOKA Specialty in the Boston area, with a remote work option. You will manage an independent account base, acting as a trusted advisor to partners and driving growth through data-driven insights and collaboration.

You will lead store visits, staff training, and quarterly business reviews, building seasonal strategies and forecasts while coordinating cross-functionally through supply and partner activations.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or wholesale experience in athletic footwear and apparel preferred.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration ability.
• Experience leveraging wholesale/retail data and consumer insights.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with independent retailers in the territory.
• Communicate timely with account base and provide staff training.
• Lead in-market visits, reviews, and execution of partner plans.
