Deckers Brands is seeking an Account Executive for HOKA Specialty in St. Louis, MO. You will manage an independent account base, act as a trusted advisor to partners, and drive growth through wholesale and retail insights.

Ideal candidates bring wholesale/retail experience in athletic footwear, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. You will work cross-functionally to influence supply chain activities and support 360 partner activations.

Qualifications

• Experience in athletic footwear/apparel wholesale or retail preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with fast-paced brand environments.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with independent retailers in the territory.
• Timely communication with account base.
• In-market store visits, staff training, and event support.
• Execution of biweekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop seasonal forecasts and account-level strategies.
• Plan cross-functional supply chain activities from order-entry to delivery.
• Manage order book and modifications.
• Coordinate partner and marketplace plans.
