Accurate Paper Box is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to establish new opportunities and manage existing customer accounts to meet annual sales objectives.

With 5+ years in sales and packaging (folding carton, corrugated, or flexible packaging), a Bachelor’s degree, and CRM proficiency, you will build a strong pipeline, present proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to execute the sales strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years in folding carton, corrugated, or flexible packaging.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Finance, or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing accounts.
• Understand target industries to align with Accurate Paper Box’s sales strategy.
• Develop knowledge of company capabilities, products, pricing, and processes.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and outreach.
• Create and present sales proposals and follow up with decision makers.
• Resolve customer inquiries on pricing, availability, and order status.
• Collaborate with internal teams on service, pricing, and margin improvement.
• Utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) for pipeline, SLA, and account management.
