The Omaha Storm Chasers, the Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals, seek an Account Executive to join their dynamic Ticket Sales Team in Papillion, Nebraska. You will generate new business, renew group, hospitality and season ticket memberships, and deliver outstanding customer service to fans.

Represent DBH with professionalism, collaborate with sales and marketing, maintain a contacts database in Tickets.com, and strive to exceed daily and weekly sales goals while building lasting

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven track record in sales and building relationships, preferably in sports.
• Friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible work schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community.
• Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and networking events.
• Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to develop compelling sales programs for long-term sustainability.
• Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using Tickets.com.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and daily/weekly outbound activities.
• Contribute to overall operation by assisting in other areas when needed.
