The St. Paul Saints, the Triple-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, are seeking an Account Executive to join their dynamic Ticket Sales Team at CHS Field in St. Paul, MN.

This role focuses on growing the fan base and driving revenue through proactive outreach and outstanding service. You will prospect, renew, and package ticket solutions, work with sales and marketing to create compelling programs, and maintain a contacts database using tickets.com.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven track record in sales and building relationships, preferably within the sports industry.
• Friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to effectively express ideas verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community.
• Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and attending networking/community events.
• Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members.
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs and components focused on long-term business sustainability.
• Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using tickets.com.
• Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals.
• Meet and/or exceed daily and weekly outbound call/appointment minimums.
• Contribute to overall operation by “answering the call” when assistance is needed in another area of our operation.
