Responsibilities

• Participate in an informative 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting
• Work closely with Team Leads to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates
• Gain experience in cold calling, interacting, and prospecting for new business
• Gain a foundation for Optomi’s recruiting and sales process to eventually move into an Account Executive role
• Connect with clients/companies in the market to learn about their business needs and problems
• Develop strong partnerships with key clients/companies by informing them who Optomi is and how we can be the ideal partner
• Be the point-of-contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team
• Maintain and constantly develop your book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients
