Optomi in Atlanta is launching the Acadomi program to jump-start careers in IT staffing. Recent graduates will join full-time, train with seasoned recruiters and account executives, and build a foundation for the IT industry.

The program starts January 11, 2027, offers hands-on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities, with a promote-from-within culture and a path to an Account Executive role.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of professional experience – Training provided.
• Drive and determination to succeed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to develop strong and genuine relationships with our customers and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an informative 2-month training program (JANUARY 11, 2027 START DATE) with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting.
• Work closely with a Team Lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates.
• Gain experience cold calling, interacting and prospecting new business.
• Gain a foundation for Optomi’s recruiting and sales process to eventually move into an Account Executive role.
