Optomi, a leading IT staffing firm, invites recent graduates to join the Acadomi program starting January 2027. You will train with seasoned recruiters and account executives, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submissions.
After completion, you’ll enter the market in Charlotte, Atlanta, DC, or Dallas, with a goal to advance into an Account Executive role. The program emphasizes mentorship, hands-on practice, and a promote-from-within culture, with a base salary

Through the Acadomi, starting JANUARY 2027, we are growing our organization and providing hands-on training, mentorships and growth opportunities within our company. Recent Graduate candidates will work full-time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to gain a foundation for the IT industry – from best recruiting practices to account management. After completing the program, you will hit the market in either our Atlanta, Charlotte, DC, or Dallas office. Think you might be a fit?
Participate in an informative 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting
Work closely with a Team Lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidatesGain experience cold calling, interacting and prospecting new business
Gain a foundation for Optomi’s recruiting and sales process to eventually move into an Account Executive role
What does an Account Executive do for Optomi?
Connect with clients/companies in the Charlotte market to learn about their business needs and problems through phone calls, in-person meetings, coffees, lunches, etc.
Develop strong partnerships with key clients/companies by informing them who Optomi is and what how we can be the ideal partner for their business needsBe the point-of-contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.)
Maintain and constantly develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients
