Job summary

Optomi, a leading IT staffing firm, invites recent graduates to join the Acadomi program starting January 2027. You will train with seasoned recruiters and account executives, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submissions.

After completion, you’ll enter the market in Charlotte, Atlanta, DC, or Dallas, with a goal to advance into an Account Executive role. The program emphasizes mentorship, hands-on practice, and a promote-from-within culture, with a base salary

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of professional experience – Training provided.
• Drive and determination to succeed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to develop strong and genuine relationships with our customers and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives.
• Work with a Team Lead to perfect sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates.
• Gain experience with cold calling, prospecting new business.
• Develop foundation for Optomi’s recruiting and sales process to move into an Account Executive role.
• Connect with clients in the Charlotte market to learn business needs and problems.
