Qualifications

• 3+ years in Employee Benefits or 5+ years of related experience required.
• Strong knowledge of group health and welfare benefit plans.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain a book of business, pursuing growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers.
• Prepare and present proposals and stewardship reports.
