Quota Crushers Agency - Sales Recruiters is seeking an Account Executive to join a European market leader expanding across the USA. The role focuses on finding new business, presenting digital marketing solutions, and building lasting client relationships.

With a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 and an OTE of $135,000 annually, this full-time position offers in-person work at the Solana Beach, CA office, comprehensive benefits, and strong earning potential as the U.S. operation grows.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• B2B sales or digital marketing experience is an asset.
