Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty or 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience in outbound sales and developing new commercial relationships.
• Strong networking skills and ability to connect with business owners at events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls, in person visits, and targeted outreach to bring in new business and expand your network.
• Build and grow a strong deposit portfolio while identifying opportunities to cross sell additional services.
• Develop new commercial relationships and contribute to the growth of the bank’s loan portfolio.
• Represent PointBank at community events, chamber functions, mixers, charity events, and other high value networking opportunities.
• Manage and deepen relationships within your personal portfolio to ensure long term satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new accounts, treasury management services, and credit related products.
• Track leads, activity, and performance through CRM to stay organized, focused, and ahead of your goals.
