FASTSIGNS is seeking an Account Executive to analyze our existing customer database to identify sales opportunities and generate new customers through B2B networking. You will utilize our CRM system to develop strategic next steps to grow the book of business and drive overall productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot a plus) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in sign manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer database to identify and segment opportunities.
• Document, track, and manage customer information in the CRM.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with inside sales to transition leads and close deals.
• Monitor sales activities and pipeline status; provide insights.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and networking events.
