Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team in Toledo, OH. You will develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs, selling copiers, printers, and related software.

Based in our Toledo office, this role requires a hunter mentality, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting sales targets and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of business-to-business sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Prospect and engage new clients via phone, email, social media, and on-site visits.
Sell copiers, printers, fax machines, and related software.
Grow market share by pursuing and closing new opportunities.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Applied Innovation products and solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Support and promote Applied Innovation’s culture within client organizations.
Accurately document all sales activities and territory details in the CRM.
Other duties as assigned.
