Job summary

SPS Corporation is seeking an Account Executive to build strong customer relationships and drive business in the commercial construction market. The role focuses on growing opportunities with developers, owners, general contractors, and architects, while maintaining a healthy pipeline and delivering compelling proposals.

You will travel locally and regionally to meet clients, present solutions, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in commercial construction sales.
• Strong client relationship and closing skills.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction market.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, events, cold calling, and market research.
• Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Develop customized proposals, bids, and pricing based on client requirements.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
• Share insights with internal teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Serve as primary contact for existing clients; maintain regular communication.
• Travel locally and regionally to meet clients and visit project sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
