AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. in Memphis, TN seeks an Account Executive to grow the commercial services portfolio.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, closing new business, and managing ongoing service agreements with commercial property owners and facility managers. The candidate will develop relationships with maintenance managers and other key decision-makers, drive outbound prospecting, and manage the sales pipeline to meet quotas and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of sales experience with proven prospecting, new business development, and customer acquisition.
• Documented history of achieving sales quotas, targets, or measurable KPIs.
• Experience managing sales prospecting activities and developing new customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new commercial customers through outbound sales and lead generation.
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling and territory sales activities.
• Sell commercial service agreements and recurring maintenance contracts.
• Manage existing customer accounts including renewals and retention.
• Build relationships with facility managers and other decision-makers.
• Track sales pipeline and progress toward quotas and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to implement territory development strategies.
