SERVPRO is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in the commercial restoration market. You will build strong relationships with commercial clients, identify opportunities, and execute sales strategies to expand our services.

The role requires a minimum of two years of B2B sales experience, familiarity with CRM software, and a proactive, results-driven approach. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years B2B sales experience.
• Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target commercial clients educating them about the advantages of using SERVPRO.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with commercial properties, and other potential clients in our sales territory and seek leads to ensure revenue growth.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies and networking.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
