Job summary

Abbott's Cardiometabolic sales team has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive covering AZ/NM/S. NV and El Paso, TX. The AE will manage Abbott’s CM product portfolio, including Afinion and Cholestech LDX, and work with TCs and EAMs to meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships with physician offices, hospitals, and IDNs, and developing strategic POC sales programs while promoting Abbott’s products in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in sales, marketing, business management, or life science is required.
• Minimum 4 years of medical diagnostics or B2B sales experience.
• Experience with distribution partners and sales strategies.
• Proven POC/Capital Equipment sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
• Strategically develop POC sales opportunities and programs.
• Implement sales, marketing, and national account programs as directed.
• Build knowledge of Abbott's products and competitive offerings.
• Meet sales goals while managing territory budget.
• Coordinate with distributors' sales forces and provide training.
