Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive – Agentic Technology Specialist in Germany to focus on selling our Agentic Technology solutions (Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, Agent Identity Security, and Shadow AI Remediation) into strategic accounts.

You will work across IT stakeholders, ideally with Identity or cybersecurity experience, and collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business or related field.
• German (native) and English (fluent).
• Travel: up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota on quarterly and yearly basis.
• Engage with customers and partners to align data, AI, and identity intelligence needs with SailPoint solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop plans with partners and end users in Identity Intelligence.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to RFP responses and closures.
