Job summary

Avalere Health in the United States is seeking an entry-level Advertising Agency Account Executive to support pharma client campaigns. The AE collaborates with multiple teams to deliver on client needs, maintain documentation, and ensure quality across routing and approvals.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of ad agency experience, strong writing and multitasking skills, and proficient MS Office usage. Hybrid/remote options are available to support flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related industry experience, ad agency experience preferred.
• Industry-related internship a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and online tools.
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing skills and a clear, organized communication style.
• Demonstrates strong prioritization and teamwork across locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains working knowledge of client’s business and shares insights with the team.
• Create initial drafts of account-led documentation such as briefs and statements of work.
• Schedule client meetings, develop agendas, and organize meeting details.
• Ensure follow-up on agreements and produce comprehensive call notes.
• Review materials during routing for brand continuity and legal approvals.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address them.
• Build rapport with clients and serve as a go-to person for basic requests.
• Participate in client and vendor conference calls.
