Our client is looking for a driven and proactive Account Executive to join their healthcare advertising team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their agency career who is passionate about healthcare communications and eager to build strong client relationships while delivering impactful, creative campaigns.
Working closely with Account Managers, Account Directors, Strategy, Creative, Medical, and Production teams, you'll play a key role in keeping projects on track, supporting clients, and ensuring exceptional service across every stage of campaign delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Support the day-to-day management of healthcare and pharmaceutical client accounts.
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, video, and experiential channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through responsive communication and excellent service.
- Manage project timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, and action items to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Medical, Strategy, Production, and Project Management.
- Assist with the development of estimates, scopes of work, and project documentation.
- Review materials for accuracy and ensure all deliverables align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process where applicable.
- Monitor project budgets and assist with invoicing and financial tracking.
- Prepare client presentations, meeting materials, and campaign reports.
- Stay up to date with healthcare industry trends, client businesses, and competitive activity.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of Account Executive experience within a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus.
- A genuine interest in healthcare, science, and pharmaceutical marketing.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting HCP and patient-focused campaigns.
- Familiarity with MLR review processes and pharmaceutical regulations.
