We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team at eAuditor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business development efforts while collaborating closely with various teams.

Duties

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Utilize Online system for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on progress.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving sales processes and enhancing customer experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle high-volume client interactions across diverse industries and manage time effectively to achieve sales goals.
  • Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in technology SaaS sales.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience with collaboration sales techniques and building long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals in a competitive environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus, enabling you to understand product offerings deeply.
