Remote – Must be based in the Midwest, with a strong preference for candidates in or near Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Missouri, North Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma. This role includes regular travel to meet with wholesale partners across the region.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our wholesale team. This role will support the growth of the LAGOS brand across key accounts by developing and executing strategic plans, strengthening retail partnerships, and optimizing assortments and programs. The Account Manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams to drive sales performance, uphold brand standards, and ensure exceptional execution at the store level. This is a field-based role with regular travel and a blend of in-person and remote responsibilities.

Essential Functions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store teams to support brand growth
  • Execute account plans that include merchandising strategies, marketing activations, and event support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assortment planning, product launches, and visual execution
  • Monitor account performance and recommend actionable strategies to optimize results
  • Provide brand and product training to ensure consistency and engagement at the store level
  • Act as a key liaison for assigned accounts, troubleshooting issues and coordinating solutions
  • Travel regularly to store locations to support initiatives, assess execution, and build rapport

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or wholesale (preferably luxury, jewelry, or retail)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 60%) and occasional evening/weekend events
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
