About the Role

We’re hiring a 1099 Account Executive (AE) to drive new business and manage client relationships. You’ll work with companies that want to hire top-tier veteran talent and support them through the recruiting process.

Ideal for someone with 1–2 years of recruiting, business development, or account management experience, and a strong passion for supporting the veteran community.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and close new business opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with hiring companies
• Deliver tailored veteran recruiting solutions
• Represent Sergeant Talent Partners at events (virtual & in-person)

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-autonomy environment
• Military background or a deep understanding of career opportunities that align well with veterans’ skills, leadership, and values
