Message from the CEO

We're looking for a lone wolf, door-to-door style sales person who is fully at peace with being rejected in face-to-face elevator pitch situations. Ideal candidates will have started their career in a call center, in a door-to-door position, or in a conference sales role where rejection was just a fact of every day life on the job. Being told no isn't personal, and we are looking for candidates that push for the yes or no from every potential lead. If you're the type of sales person that is used to having a sales pipeline filled by the marketing team, and all you had to do was show up to Zoom calls, this job probably will be too challenging for you. If you're the type of sales person that rolls their eyes at the marketing team because you think you can generate better leads from a day going booth-to-booth than they ever could from a PPC campaign, then we want to talk to you.

About our ICP

Pitchit targets enterprises that generally have long 3-6 month procurement processes that involve dozens of key stakeholders, so the relationship is absolutely critical to closing the deal. We also target resellers like AI and lead gen agencies whose clients struggle with lead qualification, meeting booking, no call no shows, and the usual fallout from a sales pipeline due to speed-to-lead issues or failure to run a proper outbound sales process at scale.

About the Role

As our Founding Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll spearhead outbound sales, develop strategic partnerships, attend key industry conferences, and manage accounts post-sale to unlock long-term value through upsells and cross-sells. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to design and execute the sales playbook from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, conferences, and targeted outreach.
  • Represent Pitchit.ai at key industry events and conferences; heavy travel (~30-50%) expected.
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with clients and manage ongoing accounts to drive expansion, retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape pricing, packaging, and positioning.
  • Help build the foundation of Pitchit’s sales processes, CRM hygiene, and forecasting.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure market alignment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in marketing tech, sales tech, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environment.
  • Comfortable traveling regularly for conferences, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for working closely with customers and driving long-term value.
