Job summary

Response Media in Norcross, GA seeks an experienced Account, Project and Process Manager to oversee client services across multiple accounts. You will liaison between clients and internal teams, nurture relationships, and identify opportunities for growth through upsell and cross-sell while coordinating strategy, media, and operations to deliver on budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of client service or account management experience in an agency.
  • Experience with Health/Pharma, Financial Services, CPG, Travel & Tourism, or Retail preferred.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, SEM, social, email, SMS, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and stay organized.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal agency teams, maintaining clear, transparent communication and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, developing a thorough understanding of their business, marketing objectives, priorities and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand the agency's services through organic growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Media, Campaign Management, Technology, Ad Ops and other agency departments to support the development of client strategies, action plans, budgets and estimates.
  • Support the preparation of Statements of Work, Change Orders, estimates, meeting agendas, client follow-up communications, campaign wrap reports, and other client-facing documentation.
  • Maintain awareness of approved project scope, budgets and deliverables and communicate potential changes or client requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with the Project Manager, who is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of project plans, tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Follow up on client decisions, approvals and action items to help ensure client commitments and next steps are clearly communicated.
  • Support monthly billing and invoice reconciliation by reviewing account information and helping ensure client and project details are accurate.
  • Identify and contribute ideas to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of client service, account processes, and agency work.
  • Escalate significant client relationship, scope, budget, or business concerns to the appropriate agency leadership.

Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of successful client service or account management experience within an agency environment, preferably with clients in the Health/Pharma, Financial Services, CPG, Travel & Tourism, or Retail industries.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, SEM, Social, email, SMS and marketing automation strategies and tactics; digital measurement, reporting, analytics and media optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and effectively communicate with both clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and client needs concurrently while remaining organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear direction for internal teams.
  • A team player who works well collaboratively, thinks creatively, solves problems, and takes initiative.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Undergraduate Degree required.
