Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; strong background in sales of engineered products strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing sales experience.
• Knowledge of industrial sales techniques and a willingness to continuously learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office.

A leading U.S.-based manufacturer serving OEM customers in various industries is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support and grow business in Southern California and Arizona. The ideal candidate will be located in Southern California or Arizona.

Account Executive Overview

This role is responsible for managing and expanding existing OEM customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate understands the OEM buying process, values consultative selling, and partners closely with internal technical and engineering teams to deliver effective, customer-focused solutions.

Account Executive Responsibilities
