Who We’re Looking For:

The Account Executive (AE) is a results-driven sales professional responsible for managing a book of business in Texas, establishing, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the territory.

The AE will offer customized food service contracts, medical products, and business contracts to senior care providers such as Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Continuing Care Communities, and others.

We seek a motivated, ambitious individual passionate about delivering impactful solutions to clients in the senior care markets. You should be a confident relationship-builder and skilled communicator, with the ability to identify and close opportunities. The role requires a positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be the face of our organization in your territory, managing and growing existing client relationships and developing new business. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customized, cost-effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and value at every touchpoint. This is a field-based role with up to 60% travel, involving regular meetings with clients’ decision-makers, presenting data-driven insights, and offering solutions that drive compliance, savings, and partnerships. Experience working with the post-acute care market, including senior care, hospitality, and rehabilitation communities, is preferred.

Key Skills and Experience:
  • Results-driven sales professional with experience in senior care and healthcare industries.
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Skilled in lead qualification, closing deals, and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs across product categories.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory.
Relationship Management:
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships and manage complex stakeholder engagements.
  • Serve as liaison between members and vendors, resolving issues related to pricing, contracts, and rebates.
  • Regularly meet with key stakeholders to understand needs and align solutions, strengthening partnerships.
  • Prioritize client needs and deliver personalized value-added solutions.
  • Proactively resolve issues and exceed expectations.
Territory & Account Management:
  • Manage Texas territory, optimizing travel and meeting schedules.
  • Grow and maintain a book of business through increased contract utilization, retention, and profitability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com, with strong CRM usage skills.
Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Use sales reports and market analytics to identify trends, guide decisions, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Track territory budgets and monitor account compliance to ensure full contract value.
  • Drive to meet/exceed performance KPIs and standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Background in GPO, food service, med/surg, or post-acute senior health markets preferred.
  • Proven ability to prospect and close new business.
  • Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent prioritization, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in career growth.

  • 100% remote role with up to 75% travel in territory.

Physical & Work Environment:
