The Account Executive (AE) is a results-driven sales professional responsible for managing a book of business in Texas, establishing, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the territory.
The AE will offer customized food service contracts, medical products, and business contracts to senior care providers such as Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Continuing Care Communities, and others.
We seek a motivated, ambitious individual passionate about delivering impactful solutions to clients in the senior care markets. You should be a confident relationship-builder and skilled communicator, with the ability to identify and close opportunities. The role requires a positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
You will be the face of our organization in your territory, managing and growing existing client relationships and developing new business. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customized, cost-effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and value at every touchpoint. This is a field-based role with up to 60% travel, involving regular meetings with clients’ decision-makers, presenting data-driven insights, and offering solutions that drive compliance, savings, and partnerships. Experience working with the post-acute care market, including senior care, hospitality, and rehabilitation communities, is preferred.
Physical demands include occasional movement, manual tasks, and lifting up to 15 pounds. The work environment is generally minimal noise, requiring collaboration, direction-following, and workload management.
