Overview

Job Title: Account Executive

Department: Sales

Reporting To: General Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Transparency: $30,000.00/Yr. - $100,000.00/Yr.

Location(s): Baltimore, M.D.

Work Arrangement: On-Site

The anticipated starting salary range for Baltimore, M.D. based individuals expressing interest in this position is $30,000.00/Yr. - $100,000.00/Yr.

Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business.
  • Proactively prospect and develop new business using all advertising and marketing assets.
  • Create marketing campaigns and sell strategically to local and regional decision makers.
  • Close business and oversee campaign execution, exceeding client expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve sales objectives and goals.
  • Continuously update industry knowledge on trends, opportunities, and innovations.
Qualifications

Required/Preferred:

  • Experience in Sales, Sales Marketing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Basic understanding of advertising and marketing including digital, audio, and interactive media.
  • A creative approach to developing unique campaigns focused on client needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude and desire to grow your income.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid driver’s license, satisfactory motor vehicle record, and proof of insurance if using personal vehicle.
Vaccination and Salary

The starting salary for Baltimore, MD based individuals is $30,000 to $80,000, plus commission, depending on experience.
