The Account Director, Patient Services will provide strategic and operational leadership for the delivery of high‑quality client deliverables across all patient services workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year college or university.
• 7+ years' total commercial pharmaceutical experience with at least 3 years in HUB/patient services management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to convey complex concepts.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Launch experience in multiple disease areas is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships; resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Lead client meetings, create agendas, take minutes and share updates.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs on strategy, distribution, licensing and e-prescribing.
• Draft statements of work, proposals and contracts; present to clients.
• Develop patient services presentations and communicate to varied audiences.
• Support pre-commercialization services and model development for patient support.
• Plan account visit plans; manage daily HUB operations and troubleshooting.
• Conduct benchmarking and patient focus groups to inform designs.
• Prepare and respond to vendor RFPs; advise clients on selections.
• Oversee implementation with clients; ensure milestones and timelines are met.
• Lead HUB and vendor teams; ensure project milestones.
• Monitor vendor performance via audits and satisfaction surveys.
• Visit sites for vendor and HUB assessments.
