Job summary

Location3 is seeking a seasoned Account Leader to own the business, financial performance and growth of a portfolio of corporate, enterprise and franchisor clients. You will manage executive relationships across corporate leadership and franchisees to ensure retention and alignment with strategic plans.

You will oversee two growth metrics and the portfolio P&L, lead a small team, and drive enterprise expansion, enrolled-location growth, and franchise conventions as growth engines.

Qualifications

• Seven to twelve years in digital marketing or agency account management with retention/expansion focus.
• Strong business acumen to translate client plans into franchisee actions.
• Willingness to manage a portfolio P&L and two growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Executive client leadership across corporate and franchise layers, aligning expectations to drive retention.
• Drive enterprise expansion and enrolled-location growth as two distinct goals.
• Own franchise convention strategy and system-wide events as growth engines.
• Manage the portfolio P&L including revenue, pricing, budgets and profitability.
• Directly manage and develop the Account Manager and Local Marketing Manager.
