Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to manage production support, troubleshooting, and incident management for engineering applications. The role involves RCA, handling Sev-1/Sev-2 incidents, and close collaboration with business users.

The ideal candidate will have 10–13 years in application support within Engineering/EPC or related domains, strong ITIL understanding, and experience with the listed tools. Onsite/hybrid work arrangement as required.

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of Application Support/AMS experience.
• Engineering/EPC, Construction, Architecture, Infrastructure, or related domain experience.
• Strong production support and incident management experience.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience with 4+ of the following: Microsoft Office, Autodesk, SQL, CAD Applications, HQMS, Clarity.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering applications in a production environment.
• Handle Severity 1/Severity 2 incidents and restore services quickly.
• Troubleshoot applications, databases, and cloud environments.
• Perform RCA and support Incident, Problem, Change & Knowledge Management.
• Work with technical and business teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain proper issue tracking and support documentation.
