Job summary

Productiv Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Program Managers and ensure a smooth client experience from order to delivery. The role involves coordinating day-to-day account activities, tracking orders, and preparing reports in a high-energy fulfillment environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and proficient in Excel/Sheets, with 0–2 years in logistics or client services. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with on-site work in Grapevine, TX.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, account management, or customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers with day-to-day client account activities.
• Track and monitor orders through receiving, production, and shipping.
• Communicate updates between internal teams, vendors, and clients to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist in preparing client reports, KPI trackers, and materials for business reviews.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of orders, communications, and program milestones.
• Help resolve order discrepancies, shortages, or delays by coordinating with operations and warehouse teams.
• Participate in onboarding new client programs and supporting process improvement projects.
