Berlin Packaging is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage customer relationships, orders, and pricing initiatives. You will coordinate with sales, supply chain, and customers to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 2+ years in an account-support role, and strong analytical and communication skills. The role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to all accounts.
• Process orders and liaise between Berlin Packaging and customers.
• Review and manage activities from order to delivery with clear communication.
• Lead new customer launches as project manager for multiple SKUs.
• Prepare invoices and perform soft collections as needed.
• Maintain and review sales records and CRM data.
• Collaborate with sales on pricing and quotes.
