Job summary

Great Northern is seeking an Assembly - Fulfillment Project Coordinator to manage schedules, materials, and production flow for assembly and fulfillment projects. You will coordinate with multiple teams, update daily schedules, and ensure timely, accurate administration and documentation.

The role emphasizes lean improvements, quality inspections, and collaboration across departments to meet shipping deadlines and production targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both oral and written format.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fulfillment production schedule in Excel, track progress and reconcile with project schedule.
• Lead daily transition meetings; update shifts with schedules and production issues.
• Measure product dimensions and perform quality inspection of finished goods.
• Provide kitting oversight; ensure all components are staged for each project.
• Organize assembly stations using lean principles to maximize efficiency.
• Perform First Article Inspections to ensure unit meets specifications.
